If you are a person who really want to start making your own sweetest dessert this is the first easiest one that you should try to do. Every one said blueberry cheese pie is very easy to make because it does not need the oven but it also has many techniques in each step of making.
I am going to write down the recipe and explain every steps that could make really delicious non-baked blueberry cheese pie for you.
First all of we have to buy the ingredients, it is not difficult for us to find all of this ingredients, at groceries close to your house.
All we need are:
- Graham cracker 120 grams
- Butter 40 grams
- Cream Cheese 180 grams
- Sweet Condensed Milk 5 tablespoons
- Lime juice 2 teaspoons
- Heavy Cream 2 tablespoons
- Blueberry Pie Filling 1 can
Butter, Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream are dairy product so as we know these suppose to keep in refrigerator but in this case before we start to make this we have to keep in room temperature at least an half hour because it affect to the cream cheese filling texture, cool temperature cause lumps.
Second step, making pie crust via grind graham cracker in a small bowl, it depends on person who like rough or thoroughly texture, just make a little tiny pieces. Put butter in microwave 30 seconds and mix well with cracker. Filled it into a small glass or pie tray and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes. ( Optional: if we do have the oven this step we could bake it for 15 minutes in 375 fahrenheit to make it more crispy then keep in fridge.) While we are waiting for the pie crust, we change to making cream cheese filling, put cream cheese in stand mixer or a big bowl incase we do not have. Whisk cream cheese with medium speed until cream cheese became smooth then use the lowest speed, add heavy cream, sweet condensed milk and lime juice mix for a minute or until all combine well. Filled it into the pie crust, just left a little space from the edge because we have to topping with blueberry, keep in refrigerator for an hour.
Finally, we usually serve blueberry cheese pie in chilled temperature before we serve just open the can of blueberry pie filling or any fillings we would like to have top it as we want and this lovely non-bkaed blueberry cheese pie is done.
Is not that hard to try to make your own dessert in a special occasion.
