Amazing cuisine city.

Since I have been living in Chicago. I heard people said that this city is the highest population of restaurants. Although I have not been to many restaurants, just sight seeing I could feel how is it taste like. Many restaurants decorated very attract to foodies. It is totally different from the restaurants in my home town, our restaurants are beside on the streets and you can not be starve during the night.

I am a sweet teeth person. I love to have any kinds of dessert. Any time that I have invited to have desserts I could not deny or ignore that invitation. I used to have a dream that I would like to be an expert of chocolate. The reason why I want to be a chocolate master is just because in my country it does not really have someone know well about chocolate.  I had never known that Chicago has many culinary schools when I lived here. I searched chocolate school on the internet and I also found it, that school name is Chocolate Academy. At the first time that I found it, I was really thrill with this school but suddenly another ideas came up in my brain; I could not speak english very well, How hard is it for applying and also I had graduated form college of music. I broke up my dream.

I have been thinking about what is the best path of my life between music and food. I thought that windy city might be renew my life. Since I have found that Chicago has many restaurants and also culinary schools. It was surprised me when I had known that Chocolate Academy is here! I went there with my patient but I could not get into the school because at the front desk they did not allowed people who do not have an appointment so I came back with broken heart. But this experience did not stop me to try to find some good culinary school or excellent restaurants here.

In my opinion, I think Chicago is a cuisine city. Every times I walk into the downtown I could easily find the restaurant. I can have different kinds of food around the world here. Not just only the restaurant it also contains the excellent culinary schools. I love culinary school in Chicago because their have specific culinary school such a Chocolate Academy. This academy is going to teach you about how to makes chocolate in many different ways. If you want to be an executive chef, Chicago might be a great one of your choice.
